WfGWell, it looks like the long rumored day for the press conference to announce the new investor for the Rhinos will come and go without any new news on the topic coming from the club.

I am hearing that the press conference will take place tomorrow.

Also, Jeff told me to keep checking D&C.com (sports section or Devo's Direct Kicks ) as he expects to have some news on the topic up today.

But, don't ask me what the news is as Jeff didn't tell me!

News & Notes:

- Somehow, I don't think Jules Valentin when the term "Scarface of soccer" is uttered. But, he did get a lot of stitches on the NCAA title game this year.

- Former Rhino Martin Nash has re-signed with the Vancouver Whitecaps. He's one guy that I would have liked to have seen help the Rhinos midfield in 2008.

- Steven Goff has an interesting sleeper heading into tomorrow's MLS SuperDraft. If he doesn't get drafted in either MLS draft, I wonder if he's a guy the Rhinos would go after............

- SBI.net has a boatload of MLS SuperDraft articles up now. From his draft rankings to Pre-Draft rumblings to his v2.1 of the Mock Draft (color me surprised if KC moved Garcia to San Jose to pick a defender) to his take on the 3rd and final day of the combine .

- The USMNT will take on Poland on March 26th according to the AP.

- Derby County is telling Maccabi Tel Aviv "show me the money!!!!!" with regards to Benny Feilhaber. Feilhaber has to be pulling his hair out at this point.

- It looks like Bryan Arguez is about to move to Hertha Berlin according to Yanks Abroad. Not bad for a guy that didn't play one minute for DC United last year.
