After falling in their season opener in Syracuse last week, the Lancers host the expansion Chicago Soul tomorrow night at 7pm and the Blue Cross Arena.

The Lancers have upgraded F Doug Miller to Player/Assistant Coach status, along with signing Costa Ricas Futsal National Team player Luis Enrique. Enrique is expected to step into a midfield role with the Lancers.

The Soul come to town having split two road games last weekend. They defeated Syracuse on Friday before falling in Baltimore on Saturday. Chicago feature a pair of former Lancers in D Will Kletzien and F Carlos Farias. The Soul also have a former Section V High School and Roberts Wesleyan grad in D Sean Summerville.

The Missouri Comets claimed a pair of victories over the Wichita Wings last weekend. 

Missouri Comets MF Vahid Assadpour was named the MISL Player of the Week for Week 1 of the 2012-13 season. Rhino and former Lancer Andrew Hoxie and former Rhino Tony Donatelli were named to the MISL Team of the Week, as well.

DC United and the Seattle Sounders both advanced in the MLS Playoffs last night. LA and Houston had previously advanced to the Conference Finals.
